  1. Gerard Mannion has been successfully representing policyholders in insurance coverage and bad-faith matters for 35 years. He has handled many different types of insurance matters, including duty to defend claims, property claims, excess judgment actions, life and disability actions, director and officer liability claims, disputes between primary and excess carriers, environmental claims, and maritime actions. He is a past president of San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and is an emeritus member of the Board of the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is a frequent lecturer on insurance coverage and bad-faith issues. He consults with plaintiff’s attorneys on these issues.
