Barbara Brown is the principal of Brown Mediation in Los Angeles. After litigating for over 28 years, Brown turned her practice to mediation full time in 2006, focusing on business and employment matters. In addition to her private practice, she serves as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court, the U.S. District Court, the California Court of Appeal, and the United States Post Office. She is president-elect of the Southern California Mediation Association. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, Michigan State University (MA), and Ohio Wesleyan University (BA), Barbara was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand from 1966 to 1968.
