Pieter Bogaards

Pieter Bogaards has extensive experience in both mediating and litigating employment cases, including representing employees in claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, retaliation and wage and hour violations. As a law student he had the privilege to clerk for Prudence Kay Poppinck, author of the Poppinck Act. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law 1982. Prior to law school, he received a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, working with the Independent Living Project, an agency devoted to enhancing access and “habilitation” for the disabled.
